Public Hearing

The Circle Interchange Public Hearing took place on April 3, 2013.  The hearing was an open house format and interested persons could attend anytime between 4:00 and 7:00 PM.  Details are below:

Purpose

The purpose of the public hearing was to provide a history and overview of the project, describe the preferred alternative that best meets the project’s Purpose and Need, seek stakeholder input, and outline the next steps.
